Vulnerability, Authenticity, Courage, Connection and Womanhood are all words that represent the Red Tent; a Worldwide Women's Movement that supports women coming together in healthy community.

Led by Qualified Red Tent Facilitator, Steph Mac; a space is created for women to sit in a circle inside a space adorned with crystals, candles, oracle cards and chocolate; to drink tea and talk about the real, the meaningful and the true. 

​

The space is open to women of all ages, and although The Red Tent supports women to positively think about their menstrual cycle, we often delve into worthiness, the inner child, safety, healing, self-love and inner peace.

​

Each circle includes a round of questions, such as "What are you letting go of right now?" and "What have you been navigating recently?" - and leads into a fun and light crafting activity, such as oil making, tarot card designing and clay.

 

Women's circles with Steph Mac provide a sacred space for women to come together, connect, and support each other on their journeys of self-discovery and empowerment.

Participants can expect to deepen their understanding of themselves, cultivate meaningful connections with others, and tap into their innate wisdom and intuition.

 

Through this supportive community, women are encouraged to embrace their authentic selves, heal, and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
