Your intuition will always tell you the truth. Every single time. I know I've been guilty of not listening, and things turning to absolute sh*t - Wishing I'd remembered the thing, done the thing, not gone to the thing, not worn the thing - my gosh.
The reason you aren't listening to your intuition is because you like to learn things the hard way and likely because facts, figures and anything in the real world has kept you safe. Trusting our intuition requires a little bit of a leap of faith, as anything unknown or foreign in the past has been avoided at all costs in order to know the full plan, know exactly what we are doing, and have structure, clarity and routine.
The Solution?
Practice listening to your intuition. If you find your body swaying 'forwards' when you meet a new person - you like them. If you find yourself stepping back, it's a bad vibe. Ask yourself, what does a yes feel like in my body? And what does a no feel like? Practice picking up fruit in the supermarket and trusting the yes and no - asking yourself, what does my body need? You got this.
