THE FATHER WOUND

THE FATHER WOUND

All the ways a person seeks external validation, i.e. needing a nice car, certificates, qualifications, and reaching outside of self for proof of worth - because of what this validation gives them.

Unlike the mother wound that is inherently rooted in shame, the father wound is often stemmed around abandonment and dis-trust in general.

Distrust in men

But also manifests as distrust in life itself.

Because the masculine is giving, outward expression of life force energy.

" The father wound, which refers to father absenteeism, whether emotionally or both emotionally and physically, and/or your father being very critical, negative and even abusive character, can impact individuals and their future relationships in so many ways." - Alive

Inherited from the father, or the mothers relationship with her father.

As women it manifests as not trusting men, seeking to hold control of things,

And we know that organic feminine energy thrives when she relinquishes control, and is more in her physical body instead of her mind. When mind based, a woman is living in dominant masculine energy, often repelling masculine men due to the energetic polarity.

If a woman wants success with men, she must trust, relinquish control, and be present with her physical body. Men will feel that she is not present otherwise.

Thus, this masculine wound blocks the creative process.

A healthy father imprints his daughter with encouragement, feelings of worth, and healthy self esteem.

How to heal it?

By consciously seeking to heal it, seeing the good in men, loving men, never disrespecting men, and appreciating past lovers for their role in your life - knowing it has always ACTUALLY been about the relationship you have with YOU.

Its not so much about submitting to an external force,

But submitting to the power of your own heart.

This power is UNSTOPPABLE.

THIS POWER CREATES MIRACLES.

Being heart led is the organic magic because things manifest and miracles happen, opportunities show up out of nowhere.

To be heart led is to fill those spots that have been wounded,

And trust in life.
