Sometimes the 'dark night of the soul' can take years to navigate through. Having been through many of these, I can only speak about my direct experience with what I have discovered.
In my experience, the 'soul pilgrimage' is a descent to the dark waters of the womb; the void, pure Source, the absolute darkness, the nothing yet everythingness where all of creation comes from.
It rips apart and obliterates learned knowledge and ways of being on the way down.
Anything that does not fit with where you are going, must be destroyed.
What isn't love.
Space must be made for the epic totality of what is to come.
This is why I do not agree with mental health. I believe we must face ourselves in order to inherit new levels. I believe there is a huge lack of information around rites of passage, especially the huge transition I just went through myself, from Maiden to Mother. Mother phase is about how we Mother and nurture ourselves and our planet.
Mental health says that it's 'mental' and I don't agree with that either. It ignores our bodies, our soul, and all that we are. I believe we need more people teaching others how to process emotions.
The thing about these journeys, is that you can't really prepare for them. Yet on some level, you've signed up for this, and you're incredibly brave to do so.
It takes courage to be who you truly are.
An initiation I have found, takes around three days to process. A test 'feels' different, and a dark night of the soul only makes sense when we come out of it. There comes a point when it feels like 'the norm'. The pain is usually followed by a huge loss. When we return to the light again; we can then piece and make sense of what has been illuminated.
It only begins to become light, and make sense again, on the way out.
Any path to seek outwards, leads us back to ourselves.
Yet these journeys are different.
There is no seeking. Only temporary relief from the pain and sombre direct experience.
We know we have to face the truth.
There is only facing truth.
There is only room for total acceptance.
What I have discovered, is that:
We can create with intention:
A) starting with logic then going into abstract, or
B) we can start with Abstract and then make sense of it later.
These are just two of the ways I have discovered to date.
But I believe, they both happen simultaneously.
Because a lot of us right now are bringing wholeness; working with the Rainbow Bridge / destroying illusion of duality.
Duality is comprised of materialism and idealism.
Te Puna Waihanga; is described as an invitation to create and to go deep into your creative waters, to bring to the surface deeper knowings and codes.
Things become solidified when they are expressed.
It needs to be expressed to become something.
Art. Music. Dance.
Repression requires expression.
Some things need to just be let out of our system.
Some things need to be expressed in order to take form and form part of the physical world.
Especially so if you're a conduit for The Beauty Way; adding beauty to the world through creation.
When we return to the surface after such a journey, we take the first breath, and the full integration of the totality of the journey is complete.
Going downward, inward, to the roots. To the core. To the centre.
Like seeing light again and breathing for the first time.
Feeling like yourself again, but different.
The downward journey = the descent to soul/soil.
The upward journey = the integration and returning to light.
I have something really huge stirring,
I look forward to sharing more with you.
