Sometimes we can only see a person's success, not the struggles or the calibration towards their new level.
What we don't see:
The hours upon hours with the mentors.
The sweat and the tears.
Weekends and weeknights putting in the work.
The financial investment.
The constant learning, growing, evolving.
The initiations. The filling to the new edges of the new scale and notes now available.
The self-doubt, fear and inner demons that arise, the "can I really do this?", "am I good enough", "do I know enough?"
The loss of friendships. Tall poppy syndrome and the fear of shining. Imposter syndrome. The "who am I to be successful". The constant faith. The constant trusting in God, the Universe, Source.
The "fuck fuck fuck fuck" and the "yay yay yay yay."
It's easy to see the tip of the mountain. Just like the conscious mind, it's only 5% of the whole system (sooo they say.)
But we are here to be fully penetrated
We are here to be consumed fully by life.
We are here to experience the whole depth.
We are here to be ravished by the whole, damn, thing.
What we also don't see:
The breaking of intergenerational trauma
The ending of toxic cycles
The barriers broken when it comes to creating wealth
The forging of the diamond and the reclamation of self
The little happy dances
The remembering of our spirituality and not being afraid or ashamed of it. The remembering of our groundedness and purity and not being afraid or ashamed of it. The remembering of our analytical and strategic and structural side and not being afraid or ashamed of it.
The pulling up the big girl panties and remembering who the F you are.
CEO's and leaders need coaches, they too need reminding.
We are all doing beautiful, wonderful, extraordinary things.
We are all on our way to pulling our panties up and owning the bones of who we are.
Success is sometimes the 99th try. It's sometimes the pinpoint precise right moment of alignment. Sometimes the surrender, sometimes a combination of all.
Sometimes it's deciding to live a life different to others and following it.
Success is different for us all.
Regardless of what our success means to us, it is admirable to pursue something you thought wouldn't ever be possible for you.
There are so many things that we do not see.
Entrepreneurialship is a huge, messy, beautiful and wild ride.
If you have friends in business, support them
We cant judge people's lives too quickly. Everyone is human.
To the ones that are still going, I see you.
Rise!
