I have supported clients who have lost jobs, parents, relationships; and the things they were holding onto.
All of my biggest challenges have been my biggest breakthroughs.
The way I have liberated myself through pain and ache has set me up for my greatest success and unfolding. I was a meek, weak and average woman who spent most of the time being a doormat. I went from ashamed to fully empowered, and in love with my life and gifts.
The biggest transformations have been when loss was never really loss; it was all an illusion.
Using these opportunities of pain and frustration to master the breaking point, going into the void and moving from a place of creation means you won't create the same patterns, cycles and loops that got you here.
It's about realizing you are where love comes from, as a pivotal take off point to come into your power, to realize that you have everything you need within and you are the sovereign creator.

You can turn this into gold and you can take your power back.
When it comes to alchemy, I believe we hold these ancient primordial blueprints inside ourselves and they are actually the truest parts of our nature.

Creation. Embodiment. Soul.
Why?

Because when I made space for the most natural parts of me to flow, I discovered the most natural and organic knowings.

When I finally saw truth, I saw that 'society, was just a layer, a filter, that exists on the land.
all natural and organic matter is truth, whilst buildings and man-made objects reflect belief systems and brought about ideas.

Nature, and the organic world, is of God, Universe, Pure Creation, Mother Earth.
Mother Earth is the highest template for the healthy feminine exalted.
I created a modality to heal the mother wound, with the love of Mother Earth.
when my clients follow what is 'most natural' to them, it leads to the biggest breakthroughs.
in creative art workshops, when people paint what flows through them so organically, they dissolve illusion and see who they really are.
When people discover the most organic and natural parts of themselves, they tap into their infinite inner child.

All of the things that I personally deemed as unlovable or unacceptable, returned me to my biggest power.

I have struggled with low self-esteem, lack of courage, smallness and a lack of confidence for most of life.
​
​
I remember the first time I stayed with myself and my body - and I really held space for all that I was navigating.
​
To reach that place also required a lot of inner work, after a lifetime of never meeting my own needs, let alone hearing or knowing what those needs were.
​
I didn't know my needs were worthy of being met.
​
Or that I could actually have what I truly wanted.
​
Or that my heart was safe to rule and shine and make decisions.
​
Bit by bit, piece by piece, I healed - attracted abundance, amazing experiences, and owned fully the bones of the woman I am, and chose a life of soul -

THE POWER OF CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Having the courage to express creatively and experiment and explore your creative side in new ways is deeply powerful and full of self discovery!
Our work lives can often become 'Left Brain Dominant' with facts, figures, plans and things that need to make 'perfect logical sense'.
There is another hemisphere to you, your right side of your brain, which governs the left side of your body.
In the healing space, the left side of the body is the 'feminine side', and is all about creativity.
Abstract, wild imagination and play.
I think as adults, we lose touch with this aspect of ourselves because 'the imagination is childish' and there is no 'logical sense' for most of it.
There never needs to be logical sense to do anything in life; it's that great battle of listening to the heart over the head.
While moving into creativity can be scary for some, it's a worthwhile pursuit in finding yourself, discovering who you really are, and embracing the parts of you that are creative.
And it's not ever about how it looks; because, it's not supposed to be about 'doing good to get a reward'.
It's about the process of becoming. The process of discovering. Who and what you find when you were distracted by the present moment.
If you look around, everything you can see is a creation! How cool is that?
A quick google search says:
"Creativity helps you solve problems more effectively.

Creativity helps you communicate better.
Creativity helps you reduce stress and find relaxation.
Creativity helps you adapt to change.
Creativity can make you more productive."
It's all about rewiring those neurons in the brain through neuroplasticity, and allowing new parts to fire, be explored, and new connections made.
How might the future look with this 'embracing of our creative sides'? The opening, unlocking, piercing, inviting in - of creativity?
If we have the courage to move away from 'doing good' to get a reward, we can invite the process making no sense, and inviting freedom, joy and flow!
I believe we would think more out of the box, in ways that relate deeply and more connective to community.
This 'right brain' invites emotion, heart, and truly winning the hearts and minds of our community.
