Goddess Wisdom Womens Circle: June 2024 [The Red Tent]

"The Red tent" is a powerful worldwide women's movement, bringing women together in sisterhood, to create connection, healing and empowerment. 

These women's circles have been showing up all over the globe - making spirituality, femininity and wellbeing safe.

We've been taught to grind, to push, to meet others expectations, to complete a to do list, to live a masculine way of being - always available to others but never caring about our own needs and our own rest.

As women, we are inherently connected with nature and the natural rhythms and cycles of life, and in reconnecting to ourselves, our inner child, our wholeness, our voice, our intuition, our truth and our power, we make it safe to be who we are and safe for other women to do so too. 

All of you is welcome here. 

Southland is incredibly lucky to be one of the first in New Zealand to have its own locally fully qualified, born and bred Southlander who recently undertook this powerful leadership training to become a fully qualified Red Tent Facilitator. Steph is also a qualified life coach, NLP Practitioner, reiki healer, artist, and has written three books. 

A women's circle is a space to gather, share wisdom, practice intuition, answer deep reflections and receive support in a safe and meaningful way.

LOCATION: We will be meeting at Heart Breath Yoga in Windsor, Invercargill. 1/24 Windsor Street.

ALL AGES WELCOME: From 14 to 85, this is inclusive for all women.

PLEASE BRING: A pillow, a blanket, a hot water bottle (optional).

FORMAT/STRUCTURE: It usually begins with an opening, 3 rounds of questions, a meditation and then a crafting activity.
