We have been taught to grind, to push, to force, to manipulate -
And it's not even your fault or something you've done 'wrong'.
All of the things that I thought were 'wrong with me', turned out to be my greatest assets.
All of the things that I personally deemed as unlovable or unacceptable, returned me to my biggest power.
​
Why?
​
Because the things society deemed as 'unlovable, unworthy and unacceptable' were all things I pushed down and repressed, trying so badly to be accepted, to belong, and to fit in -
​
But they weren't wrong. They were just stories I created to fix things that didn't ever need fixing, and I spent so much time thinking negatively about myself, that I didn't even ask my body, my heart, my inner guide whether I was happy, whether I was truly living courageously for myself, or whether I was on the right path.
​
No, it took for my life to crumble apart, to be cheated on, for a car accident, for my house to be flooded, for glandular fever to rock my boat, for negative ridicule from others, and to be completely burned out, so unhappy, so broken, so heart-wrenchingly lost - for me to see the light that I AM and always was.

Mastering Emotions
​
Emotions are feedback, they are guidance, they are data points. To align and live a fully expressed life, we learn not to react physically to the proven limitations of lack that continue feedback loops of unhappiness, low self-worth and lack - instead, we learn to express emotions in a feminine, heart-led and intuitive way, meaning, we aren't taking action on the things that 'prove we are not enough'.
Mastering Energy

Knowing what energy is yours, and what isn't yours - a total game-changer for Empaths and Projectors. When you are in energetic alignment with what you truly want, there is very little space for anything else to exist. Mastering energy is a practice of tapping in, listening, and being very clear - and knowing that this is all happening for you.
Mastering Self
Everything returns to love, everything is love. Anything else is accumulated shame, an incorrect idea, belief, pattern or outdated story. You are where love comes from, and you may have just temporarily forgotten.
